Where are you based, and can I visit?
Our head office, printing factory, and notebook factory are in Lahore. Wahab Market, 36 Ghazni Street, Urdu Bazaar. Yes, you’re welcome to visit. We can arrange a walkthrough in person, or give you a live video tour if Lahore isn’t on your travel map this year.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For most of our product lines, no. Order a single class set of notebooks or a million textbooks. Both get the same quality control and the same care. A handful of specialty finishes (hot-stamp foiling, gilded page edges) have a practical minimum we’ll tell you about before you commit.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms for new clients: 50% advance on order confirmation, balance before dispatch. For repeat clients and government contracts, we work with letters of credit, telegraphic transfers, and scheduled instalments. Invoices can be issued in PKR or USD.
Can you print in languages other than English?
Yes. We routinely produce books and materials in Urdu, Arabic, Pashto, Sindhi, Punjabi, and other regional scripts. Our prepress team handles right-to-left layout, diacritical marks, and specialty typefaces.
How long does a typical job take?
For a standard book run of 5,000 to 20,000 copies: approximately three weeks from approved proof to shipped goods. Large tenders run longer; simple reprints can go faster. We give you a milestone-based schedule with the quotation so you always know where your job stands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We’ve been shipping internationally since 2012 and have delivered to over 66 countries across six continents. We handle export documentation, freight forwarding coordination, and moisture-resistant packaging end-to-end.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Absolutely. And we encourage it. Request a sample of any product category we offer, and we’ll ship it to you at no cost. For unusual specifications, there may be a small sample-making fee which is credited against your first order.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
Print-ready PDF is our preferred format (with 3mm bleed and 300 DPI images). We also accept InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop files. If you don’t have artwork yet, our in-house design team can create it for you. Covers, interior layouts, or the full package.
Are you PECTAA-registered?
Yes. We’ve been registered with the Punjab Education Authority since 1978, and were awarded the board’s A+ category. Its highest classification. In 2005. This means we’re eligible for government and provincial textbook tenders.
Do you offer eco-friendly paper options?
Yes. We work with FSC-aligned and recycled paper stocks, and can specify low-VOC inks for clients with sustainability mandates. Ask us for current options at the quotation stage.
Can you keep our name confidential?
By default, yes. Many of our clients. Government bodies, school networks, corporates. Prefer their partnership details held in confidence. We never publish or disclose without explicit written consent.
What if the delivered product doesn’t match the sample?
Our policy is clear: non-conforming goods are replaced at our cost within 30 days, or credited against your next order, at your preference. We build this into every purchase order as a standard clause.
